Join us in powering Canada’s future

We’re all about good energy
At Borea, you’ll work on exciting projects in challenging, high-energy work sites. We have more than 77 major projects completed or ongoing, representing one-third of all renewable energy opportunities in Canada. We’ve installed over one million solar panels and almost 2500 wind turbines which generate 7500+ MW, enough energy to power one million homes a year.
As the industry leader, Borea operates in a state of constant evolution, and you’ll work with the most cutting-edge technologies on every project. You’ll also be proud your work is having a direct impact in meeting Canada’s energy needs now and in the future.

Stay safe with a solid B.A.S.E.
Safety is our biggest priority on every site. As a result, we developed B.A.S.E. (Building an Attitude for Safety Excellence), a safety program that focuses on the identification and continuation of safety behaviors while addressing the detection and modification of risk behaviors. We hold more than 200 one-on-one safety meetings each month to significantly reduce accidents on site.

You’re in great company at Borea
We believe friends work better together than coworkers. That’s why a robust team spirit is a key element to our culture…and every site. Since our sites are in remote areas far from your family and friends, we do everything we can to turn every Borea work environment into a tight-knit community of friendship, sharing and fun.
Our team-spirit experiences include:
- Regular social events including BBQs on site
- On-site sports teams
- On-site gyms
- Themed lunches and get-togethers
